People who hold grudges annoy me. Sorry. Sorry for being annoyed by you, my fellow grudge holder.

If you have a grudge – this is for you:

Why the hell are you holding a grudge for? You think you’re perfect or something? Do you think you somehow are better than anyone else? Are you somehow incapable of fault? Hm?

HOW DARE WE? HOW EFFING DARE WE hold a grudge against someone?

We ought to forgive one another and stop holding onto resentments in our hearts replaying sad, angry memories over and over again. Renew your heart each day. Forgive one another knowing that we are all equally capable of the same actions.

When you hold onto pain, resentment, or bad memories, you only hurt your own self.
Let go of those who have hurt you and free them from your heart so you can breath easy again.
Stop replaying the same sad story in your heard and allow the present moment to fill you with the joys of today.

We all fail. We all make mistakes and holding on to grudges will not make your pain go away and will not change the fact that people err.
We should instead embrace tools like understanding and compassion to help us as we purge our system of a painful past and welcome a blank slate present.
Every day offer those who have hurt you a blank slate.
Every day forgive yourself for your mistakes and forgive those who have hurt you as well.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP WALKING WHEN YOU HAVE 300 POUNDS OF PAST HURT ON YOUR BACK EVERY DAY?

Lay down these burdens. Let go of these people who have hurt you. Let go of these moping, painful stories you keep playing over and over like a broken record in your heard.

Be at peace. Be at peace inside knowing you no longer hold anything against anyone.
STOP SUFFERING AND MAKING OTHERS SUFFER ALONG WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU LACK FORGIVENESS.

Learn to let go.

Learn to forgive.
